What is the opportunity?
In this role you will perform general insurance activities; provide support and problem resolution for insurance policy inquiries. You will apply experience and complete working knowledge of the job and policies/practices to perform a combination of routine tasks and varied administrative/operational assignments. You will also ensure all authorities (SECAF, anti-money laundering, systems access etc.) are adhered to, reviewed and understood.
What will you need to be successful?
Must-have
• Knowledge of computer systems and ability to work in fast pace environment
• Attention to details and investigative skills
• Adaptability to change
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong relationship building skills and open to feedback both ways
Nice-to-have
• Knowledge of Creditor insurance
• Bilingual, fluency in both English and French
Special Conditions
This is a hybrid position, flexibility to work shifts within the hours of business, which are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5:00pm.
