Responsibilities:

- Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence

- Coordinate schedules and appointments for our real estate agents

- Engage with our audience through print, social media platforms, creating content, scheduling posts, and analyzing analytics

- Juggle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Demonstrate enthusiasm for real estate and possess a keen eye for detail

Requirements:

- Proficiency in office management tasks and strong communication skills

- Experience in social media management, including content creation and scheduling

- Working knowledge of Office 365, Canva, and various social media platforms

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Prior real estate experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.55-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Lindsay, ON K9V 4A7 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Lindsay, ON K9V 4A7: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
