Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the kitchen operations
- Create and develop new menu items and recipes
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets high standards
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop and implement operational strategies
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
- Ability to create innovative and appealing menu items
- Experience supervising kitchen staff and managing kitchen operations
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry
