MUST HAVE Minimum 4 years in a Top Rated Restaurant environment as a CDC.
Must have tremendous attention to detail with plating, organization, managing and mentoring staff, have understanding of financials, Food Cost controls and Labor Cost Management.
This position requires constant presence with culinary team. It may be required to move around from location to location to support, develop and mentor teams at other locations.
Must be knowledgeable and creative within a Mediterranean Cuisine concept focused on seafood, catering to affluent clientele. Clean plating style, simplicity in the preparation, sourcing great local product when available, being calm and collected in interactions during service, are just a few key traits we look for in our chefs.

This position calls for roughly 50 hours weekly
