Stella's Eatery is a farm-to-table restaurant located in Waupoos, Prince Edward County. Chef Leah Marshall Hannon and our culinary team use seasonal, local, and organic products and ingredients, to create delicious Canadian-fusion food. Paired with natural, and organic wines, locally-brewed beers and ciders, and non-alcoholic beverages, we offer a variety a food and drink.
We are looking for team members who:

As part of the culinary team, you will work to ensure the flow of service. We offer a flexible environment that encourages learning. Your duties may include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen, as well as guidelines for proper food sanitation before, during and after shift
- Preparing food for service - tasks are assigned according to your skill set
- Keeping track of inventory, and filing reports at the end of your shift
- Communicating with staff in in back of house and front of house to ensure a great service flow, and addressing any questions or issues that may arise in coordination with the chef
- Learning recipes and preparing dishes according to specific techniques as instructed by Chef
- Setting up, and running your 'line', reading chits and ensuring plates are prepared in an orderly and timely manner, keeping in mind any modifications or notes on the guests or tables.

Candidates will be expected to attend a paid trial shift before being offered a position.
