Job Description

  • Craft and implement innovative strategies to optimise Shared Services across IT, Procurement, and HR.
  • Foster collaboration between departments, ensuring seamless information flow and resource utilisation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in streamlining processes and improving service delivery, exceeding stakeholder expectations.
  • Navigate the complexities of the sectors, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimise resource allocation within Shared Services.

The Successful Applicant

  • Seasoned leader with minimum 10 years of experience in managing shared services functions.
  • Strong functional background, with knowledge of IT, Procurement HR from a shared services context.
  • Experience working within a large, complex organisation with a diverse business portfolio
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence.
  • Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
