Office Receptionist/Assistant at Di Natale Chiropractic + Sports Therapy

Location: Windsor, ON

We are looking for a full time office receptionist/assistant. The office is currently open 4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) with occasional Saturdays. We are looking for a hard working, and motivated team member.

Job Responsibilities:

• Use a multi-line phone system to manage incoming calls, determine purpose of callers, and respond to calls appropriately

• Schedule and manage patient appointments

• Accept payments and submit claims

• Copy, file, fax and maintain paper records

• Light duty cleaning and organization of the office

• Any other responsibilities that may be required of the job

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
