```Duties```
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Assist chiropractor with patient therapies and treatments
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with excellent customer service
- Manage office tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Utilize computer skills to input and retrieve patient information
-Assist chiropractor and massage therapists with light cleaning and laundry tasks
```Qualifications```
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience in a healthcare office setting preferred
- Proficiency in data entry and using computer programs
- Strong attention to detail for tasks like proofreading
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with patients and staff professionally
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
