SalaryWe are a busy multidisciplinary health care clinic located in Waterloo looking for a Chiropractic Assistant. Must be an enthusiastic team player with excellent communication and inter-personal skills, able to work independently, comfortable dealing with the public, great attention to detail, and proven ability to multi-task to work in a fast paced environment. We are looking for someone to grow with our small business!
Note: This job is not amenable with school schedules, if your classes run during work week hours it is not recommended you apply.
Job Summary:
- Approximately 20-35 hours a week, Monday to Friday ranging between 8am-7:30pm
- Greeting and interacting with patients
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Processing payments and collecting fees for practitioners
- answering phones and responding to emails
- Applying chiropractic modalities to clients (training will be provided)
- Nightly Closing duties and tidying treatment rooms
- Additional admin and office responsibilities (coincide with pay increase)
Required Skills:
- Friendly and caring personality
- Punctual and reliable
- Responsible and organized
- Must be willing to cover vacation and sick days
- Experience in administrative or customer service roles an asset but not required
- A strong ability to communicate in English
