SUPERIOR CHIROPRACTICis hiring a Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist

Successful candidates MUST possess the ability to multi-task, be very observant and remain highly organized in a very fast paced professional environment.

Our busy clinic provides chiropractic, massage therapy and kinesiology services, as well as nutrition consultations, orthotics, inversion therapy and supplement/inventory sales.

The Main Responsibilities will include:

Greeting and assisting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, inventory sales, file management, accepting payments, submitting insurance claims, explaining insurance coverage to patients, processing insurance payments, scheduling x-ray appointments, obtaining radiology reports and cleaning.

Personal Suitability/Skills:

Exceptional communication and customer service skills, team player, reliable, high level of energy, self-motivated, confident, follows instructions, comfortable using computers.

Clinic hours are Monday to Friday between 7:15 am – 6:30 pm. This position would currently be three days per week, Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays, 20 hours per week. Additional hours will sometimes be required.

Starting wages would be approximately $18-20 depending on experience. Employees will have the opportunity to increase their wages depending on initiative and performance. Bonus opportunities also apply.

The ideal candidate would have completed their education and be interested in a long-term position. Start date for this position is negotiable (preferably asap).
