Our company is seeking an intelligent, hardworking and responsible assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will work well in a team environment, be an expert communicator and have a strong rapport with patients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks in a medical office.
- Assist with billing and collection of fees from patients.
- Complete insurance forms and claims.
- Collect fees for services provided to third parties.
- Provide clerical support for insurance companies, patients, and other office personnel.
- File documents.
- Help physicians with charting of medical records.
- Track health care finances.
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Experience with JaneApp
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Schedule:

- Secondary School (preferred)
