Requirements:
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings
- In-depth knowledge of civil construction procedures, equipment and OH&S guidelines
- 3+ years’ experience in civil construction such as Roads, water, sewer, storm and hydro electrical underground.
- Positive attitude and works well with others
- Professional demeanour when dealing with the public
- Able to work outside in all-weather at all times of the year
- Physically fit and able to lift 50 pounds or more
Assets:
- Recent working experience in similar role
- 5 years+ experience
- Experience with GPS survey equipment
- First Aid , Ground Disturbance, confined space training
This position is compensated at an hourly rate. Employees are eligible for enrollment in our company benefits package following successful completion of a three month probationary period.
Compensation will be determined by the successful applicant’s level of training and experience.
