Outbound Call Agent

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Outbound Call Center Representative to join our customer service team . You will be responsible for making Outbound Calls to scheduled customers to confirm final details of their deliveries.

### Responsibilities:
- Make Outbound Calls to scheduled customers and confirm final details
- Follow a script and engage customers in a professional manner.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
-Inform customers of delivery expectations and requirements.
- Document all customer requests and needs.
-Complete all required calls within the shift

### Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
