That steady growth has us looking for an enthusiastic Driver, and we hope our search ends with you.

Other specific duties include:

· Load and unload equipment; secure loaded product per company procedure and inspect in transit if necessary.

· Deliver and pick up equipment.

· Maintain accurate delivery and pickup records.

· Inform supervisor of difficulties with deliveries or pickups.

· Inform management of new sales opportunities and job sites.

· Double check delivered items to make sure customers receive exactly what they ordered.

· Notify branch if behind schedule, so customers may be contacted.

· Instruct customers on equipment operation.

· Perform vehicle inspections daily, as well as checking gas, oil, and other fluid levels.

· Assist with washing/cleaning equipment and loading/unloading of equipment at the branches as and when needed.

Qualifications

· Previous experience in commercial driving

· Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

· Clean drivers abstract and able to pass a pre-employment drug test.

· Must demonstrate ability to maneuver the truck in tight spaces.

· Able to follow safe operating practices within our Health and Safety Program.

· Have a working knowledge of the Greater Vancouver Area

· Good interpersonal skills to communicate with customers and dispatchers.
