Job Details:
Answers incoming calls and directs calls to appropriate staff.
Returns calls promptly.
Ensures the company voice mail message is accurate for Daily Greeting French/English Day/Night, Holiday Greetings.
Greets and directs visitors and completes and issues all necessary documentation.
Coordinates shipment (incoming and returning) of equipment from employees.
Regularly updates instruction manuals.
Oversees incoming and outgoing mail/deliveries.
Liaises with property manager in terms of reporting any maintenance requests.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
