Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support to the office staff, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support via phone, email, or in-person.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Utilize computerized systems such as QuickBooks to process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
Experience:
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
