The Program Secretary is responsible for providing clerical support to the manager, Family/Client Support Facilitator and front-line staff of the Manor House Adult Day Program, at St. Joseph's Heritage.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
- Post-secondary education in a secretarial or related program
- Experience with accounting systems, including Sage 50, is preferred
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, specifically
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint
Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to maintain a high standard of accuracy and productivity
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Demonstrated regular attendance at work
CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT
- This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.
