How you will make contributions that matter...
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this position will provide administrative support to the Production and Finance teams, and the incumbent will need to be on site full time in order to successfully perform the all the duties required of this position.
- Input all Milk Balancing Entries into Maestro; Raw Milk Receiving, Production Records, Tank Invetories
- Responsible for Purchase Order Receiving
- Responsible for Inventory Counts and entries
- Support Accounts Payable tasks
- Other duties as assigned.
You are best suited for the role if you…
- Minimum post secondary diploma in business or in a equivalent field is preferred;
- 5-7 years of work experience in a production environment / dairy environment preferred;
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Office applications;
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
- Must be self-motivated, results oriented, possess a high degree of initiative and works well under pressure;
- Demonstrated proficiency and dependability in current position.
The incumbent will show a passion for excellence demonstrated by commitment, attention to detail, a positive attitude and leadership skills. The incumbent must be able to work independently and must have the capacity to multitask. Furthermore, the incumbent must be able to bring projects to full completion without close supervision.
