Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and connect with customers by offering assistance, sharing product suggestions and additional store-related information
- Fit clients in compression garments and mastectomy products with compassion and care
- Perform administrative duties such as booking appointments, inventory ordering and shipping and receiving
- Position is a mix of customer service and administrative duties (more admin duties than customer service)
- Answer customer inquiries and process orders
