Position Highlights

As a Client Service Representative, your responsibilities will include determining whether requirements for driver's license renewals, duplicates, BCID and BC Services Cards have been met. You will work with customers to understand their licensing needs as well as assist with processing Violation Tickets and Disputes.

This role makes a direct impact on our customers who rely on driver licensing services to ensure they can drive for work, to get to work, school, volunteer and other important daily activities.

This role requires outstanding customer service skills and the ability to pay attention to detail while ensuring accuracy within a fast paced environment filled with interruptions. Active listening skills are key in dealing with challenging customer interactions along with the ability to tailor your communication style to each customer.

We anticipate filling potential vacancies throughout the Greater Vancouver & Fraser Valley.

  • North Vancouver

  • Richmond
  • Surrey
  • Vancouver

Hours of operation are subject to change. Work shifts are Mondays to Fridays or Tuesdays to Saturdays. Part time hours of work may range up to 75% of regular bi-weekly hours and are based on business needs.

Position Requirements

Successful applicants will have:

  • Previous customer service experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience handling cash in a fast paced, transactional environment
  • Proficient typing skills and excellent data entry accuracy
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Some locations may require additional training for motorcycle testing as "follow vehicle drivers". Participation in these opportunities requires a minimum Class 5 BC Driver's License.

Work arrangements defined:

  • Resident – you will work at your primary in-office headquarters on all scheduled workdays.
  • Hybrid 8 – you will work a minimum of 8 days per month at your primary in-office headquarters (typically 2 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia.
  • Hybrid 10 – you will work a minimum of 10 days per month at your primary in-office headquarters (typically one week in/one week out or up to 3 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia.
  • Mobile – you will work remotely or in the field on scheduled workdays within British Columbia, with the requirement to be at your primary on-site headquarters by exception only.
