The Saskatchewan Safety Council is a non-profit, charitable organization that offers a variety of safety education programs and public awareness events for the people of Saskatchewan.
We are seeking a friendly, self-motivated individual to join our team. As a Client Services Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely, accurate information.
Strong written and oral communication skills are essential for this position.
Responsibilities:
-Must be punctual and dependable.
-Respond to customer inquiries in the office, over the phone, by email, or via website chat.
-Schedule resources such as instructors, facilities, equipment etc. for upcoming programs.
-Create and maintain relationships with our clients.
-Assist clients by registering them into programs, or scheduling programs for groups.
-Provide quotes for programs, follow up with clients, receive payments.
-Scan and file records
-Organize and track supplies related to assigned programs.
-Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages
-Opening and closing duties
-Other tasks as required.
Client Services Associates must communicate professionally via email, telephone, and website agent. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and the ability to operate independently with minimal direction. The successful candidate with be required to provide a criminal record check.
This is a 40 hours per week, full time, permanent position with starting salary of
$41,600/year ($20.00/hr) and competitive benefits.
