- Provide front line communication with clients for support services
- Provide smooth transition of clients from sales to implementation stage
- Provide project management services from kick-off to go-live
- Communicate with clients throughout the implementation
- Create scope document, project plan, change order, manage, and monitor customer implementations of our software
- Provide implementation status reports for stakeholders
- Work closely with developers to ensure projects meet necessary requirements and specifications
- Communicate with clients’ responsibilities to keep tasks on track
- Regularly seek client feedback, manage client expectations, and help resolve issues
- Provide online client training
- Provide client with testing and go-live assistance

Salary: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
