We are looking for a content marketing strategist to join our creator marketing and social commerce team. Our Client Success Managers within our SoCo and Influencer Marketing space are product, industry, and client experts. They are deeply curious about how our social-focused products and services work to best serve our customers and know the key advantages that make Bazaarvoice an ideal partner. Working hand-in-hand with some of the largest brands and retailers on the IR500, our Client Success Managers are trusted advisors to both clients and our internal teams. The role has three focus areas- Client Success, Content / Influencer Marketing, and Social Media and the right candidate will have demonstrated a love for social media, an understanding of the creator economy, strong strategic thinking, and getting creative with content.

What you'll be doing:

  • Client care:
  • Act as strategic advisor to clients to maximize their ROI using Bazaarvoice solutions
  • Strategically and creatively guide clients toward achieving their goals and help them measure results with our affable.ai and Social Commerce solutions
  • Demonstrate to key client stakeholders the value of the Bazaarvoice partnership with key metrics, reporting, and program success
  • Manage client relationship health by identifying, documenting, and working with multiple internal teams to mitigate risk and increase client satisfaction
  • Partner with the Bazaarvoice Sales & Client Success team in renewing commercial agreements, account planning, and growing the accounts of clients within your assigned portfolio

  • Social expertise:
  • Provide strategic support to clients building creator and Influencer Marketing programs
  • Develop deep understanding of Bazaarvoice visual & social content and the role this content plays in e-commerce
  • Act as a subject matter expert across multiple social channels and strategies (IG, TikTok, FB, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Educate the business on innovations in creator marketing, social and e-commerce
  • Provide client feedback to product, marketing, and services teams

Who you are:

  • Positive, self-starter attitude with a knack for creative problem solving
  • Customer-centric - you keep the best interest of clients in everything you do
  • Exceptional communication skills (oral and written), experience in content creation preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree and work experience in marketing, social media, and/or customer service preferred

At Bazaarvoice, we carefully consider multiple factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. We also take geography into consideration when we can but are not able to accommodate every location when determining our ranges. These considerations mean that compensation can vary. That said, we expect the base salary for this position to be in the range to be as listed above and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will also be eligible for additional compensation incentives including an annual bonus and other great benefits.
