As part of this role, you will conduct credit analysis on end-user financing customers, aligning with company policies, promotions, and programs to facilitate product sales. - Performs credit analysis on end-user financing customers, incorporating company policies, promotions, and programs into the decision-making process, to foster the sale of products
- Reviews and approves, modifies, or declines retail collateralized transactions within established credit authority, and communicates decisions to dealer
- Responsible for the timely and accurate disposition of all assigned credit proposals.
- Makes recommendations to management on proposals beyond the analyst’s credit authority.
- Prepares fleet credit proposals for management review as assigned.
- Actively participates in evaluating customer credit quality and ongoing financial stability.
- Follows up on completed applications to ensure capture of business.
- Conducts retail and wholesale financial analysis as assigned.
- 2-3 years of B2B collections experience
- Previous robust experience in Accounts Receivable
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on high-quality customer service
- Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
