Bilingual-French Collections Representative

Adecco is currently seeking a dedicated Bilingual-French Collections Representative to join our clients team for a Temporary role based in Mississauga, ON. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the credit analysis of end-user financing customers, contributing to the sale of our clients products. This position requires fluency in French, along with 2-3 years of collections experience.

• Location: Mississauga, ON

• Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

• Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities: As a Bilingual-French Collections Representative, you will:

• Perform credit analysis on end-user financing customers to enhance the sale of our clients products.

• Review and make decisions on retail collateralized transactions within established credit authority.

• Ensure timely and accurate disposition of all assigned credit proposals.

• Make recommendations to management on proposals exceeding the analyst's credit authority.

• Prepare fleet credit proposals for management review.

• Actively participate in evaluating customer credit quality and financial stability.

• Follow up on completed applications to ensure business capture.

• Perform retail and wholesale financial analysis as assigned.

Requirements: The ideal candidate:

• Is bilingual in French.

• Possesses 2-3 years of collections experience.

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
