Position Overview

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about content creation, storytelling, SEO, and driving engagement across digital platforms. If you are an expert in creating beautiful visual content, crafting compelling marketing narratives and have a strategic sales-oriented mindset, we want to hear from you. Our internal marketing and creative team is expanding in order to better service the growth of our multiple business divisions – this includes our in-house brands and various large-scale client marketing projects. The new Content Marketing Specialist will be a key contributor to the success of our marketing strategies and the outcome of multiple projects by taking the lead to level-up our Content Marketing across the board.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Content Marketing strategies to support client objectives and drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Work closely with our Creative Director and Sales team to create and refine a quarterly content strategy that supports the overall marketing and sales goals for the Condo Culture brands and our client projects.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content across various formats and channels, including blog posts, email marketing, web content, social media posts, digital marketing materials, physical marketing and print materials, sales materials, videos, infographics, and more.
  • Conduct research and collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand messaging.
  • Manage editorial calendars, content schedules, and workflows to ensure timely delivery and consistency across channels.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX) to maximize organic visibility and engagement.
  • Lead press content and public relations initiatives as part of the larger content strategy
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager on the creation and implementation of Content Marketing strategies and deliverables, including blog posts, social media content, email marketing campaigns and website content.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Marketing Coordinator and our creative team to execute on digital campaigns and project deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with our creative and development team such as our graphic designer, video specialist, front end web developer and back end web developer
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including our agent team, admin team & new development sales team to create content and deliver integrated marketing campaigns for our multiple divisions and projects.
  • Manage, track, and report on progress on content deliverables and projects via online project management tracking tools (our team uses ClickUp).
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Content Marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Content Marketing, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy development, storytelling techniques, and audience segmentation.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and with publishing platforms/tools.
  • Experience with SEO best practices and keyword research.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience managing a consistent editorial and content calendar across multiple project and brands.
  • Experience with social media content creation and management across key platforms such as Meta (Instagram/Facebook/Threadz), Google (YouTube), X, LinkedIn & TikTok
  • Experience with managing social media content distribution and engagement via tools such as Later.com / Sprout Social is preferred
  • Experience working with and managing projects via management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Slack, etcetera to optimize remote working (our team uses ClickUp)
  • Proficient with GSuite tools – GMail, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, etc.
  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Agency experience preferred but not required.
  • Real estate industry experience is preferred but not required.

  • You know social, love it and have a proven track record of launching and managing successful social content campaigns in previous roles.
  • You have a dynamite portfolio of successful marketing collateral for large marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with a remote-first marketing and creative team, vendors and clients.
  • Enthusiastic, driven, and carry a positive attitude in everything you do.
