SalaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Content Specialist to join Team Jordan in Midland, ON, CA. This role will be responsible for creating meaningful and engaging content for our digital and offline channels. The successful candidate must have excellent written and communication skills, be passionate about creating content that resonates with our target audience, and have the ability to work collaboratively with other departments. Responsibilities:- Create and maintain content for all digital marketing channels and campaigns
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, such as web traffic, SEO rankings, and ROI, to inform content initiatives and strategies
- Develop and coordinate innovative concepts, content ideas, and strategies to drive interest, engagement, and revenue
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing to ensure content is effective and competitive
- Utilize web analytics tools to identify areas of content improvement and determine which content is most effective
- At least 3 years of experience in real estate marketing
- Demonstrated marketing skills as determined by an assessment
- Superior digital marketing skills and experience with email marketing
- Proven ability to create compelling content and copy for marketing campaigns
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
