Scribendi is seeking a Content Marketing and Social Media Specialist that will work with our cross-functional marketing team to develop content strategies and manage our Social Media channels ensuring that engaging content is reaching target audiences, building the sales pipeline.

Who you are
Required
- A university degree or a post-graduate certificate in business, marketing, or a communications-related discipline
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
- Exceptional research and writing skills to ensure that all Scribendi content reflects the highest level of credibility
- Strong organization and planning skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines at once
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Creative mindset with a knack for innovation
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic team environment
- Strong initiative and a proactive mindset
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in the following:
- Content production (audio, video, written)
- Adobe photoshop and illustrator
- Figma
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate ideas to internal stakeholders, external stakeholders, and partners
- Considerable experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and open to learning software such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress, etc.
Preferred
- Experience with Hubspot and Monday.com
What you will do
- Develop engaging content strategies across all of Scribendi’s channels to drive sales and attract potential customers
- Manage Social Media accounts for all Scribendi brands with a focus on community engagement
- Use data-driven insights to identify areas of improvement for content strategies and to understand what content resonates in the market
- Manage the scheduled release of content to facilitate maximum impact on audiences
- Demonstrate continuous improvement of the content strategy to help evolve the brand and stay relevant in the market
