Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across Social Media platforms
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on Social Media platforms in a timely manner
- Analyze Social Media data and insights to optimize content performance and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Social Media marketing

Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Solid knowledge of graphic design principles and experience using Adobe PHOTO SHOP
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices

-Tiktok knowledge of business

- Facebook & kijiji knowledgeable
- Proficient in using Social Media management tools such as Hootsuite
- Strong research skills to identify industry trends and target audience preferences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Google Analytics or other analytics platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies is a plus
