Social Media Specialist

Join fast growing XENA Marketing Agency. We are looking for self-starter, experienced Social Media Specialist who is following latest trends, proactive with the ability of filming and editing UGC content.

Duties:
- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement for XENA Marketing clients.
- Create and curate engaging content for Social Media platforms, including text, image, and video posts
- Monitor Social Media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner to maintain positive customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Analyze Social Media data and generate reports on key metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Social Media marketing

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven work experience growing accounts as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva and CapCut
- Experience with Social Media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer, Later and others
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies

- Influencer Management
- Knowledge of advertising principles and best practices on Social Media platforms

- Ability to film UGC content

- Ability to travel to United States

Salary: $16.55-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
