Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative Social Media strategies for real estate marketing.
• Create visually stunning and engaging content, including Social Media reels, posts, contests, and more.
• Utilize videography and photography skills to capture and showcase properties in a compelling manner.
• Stay abreast of Social Media trends, incorporating the latest visual storytelling techniques into our content.
• Conduct research to understand industry trends and audience preferences.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the marketing team to align Social Media efforts with overall marketing goals.
• Work independently to manage and execute projects, demonstrating self-motivation and proactive problem-solving.
• Foster effective teamwork, contributing positively to collaborative projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Expert, with a strong portfolio showcasing videography and photography skills, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in creating visually appealing content for various Social Media platforms.
• Expertise in using video and photo editing tools to enhance content.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Desire to research and learn, staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies in Social Media.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Compensation:

The pay scale for this position will be based on your experience and demonstrated skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Salary: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
