Social Media Marketing Specialist

Hello, we at Hon Tattoo Studio are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand! We have 3 studio locations, with over 30 artists total! The candidate will be mainly responsible for running/managing our Instagram account, which includes creating posts, stories and promotional ads. The shift will include 3 hours/day, Monday to Friday, and weekends. The place of work shall be remote, however, we will require in-person attendance for weekly meetings, to be conducted at our Vaughan location, 9671 jane st. The job is by contract, and includes a 3 month probational period, by which the pay will be 18/hr, upon successful completion the candidate will receive 20/hr.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for Social Media platforms, including text, image, and video content
- Monitor Social Media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities for engagement
- Conduct social listening to understand audience sentiment and preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all Social Media platforms
- Manage and grow relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors
- Track and analyze Social Media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Social Media Marketing

Skills:

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) for content creation
- Strong relationship management skills to effectively engage with followers, influencers, and brand ambassadors
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO best practices for optimizing Social Media content
- Familiarity with public relations principles and practices for managing brand reputation
- Ability to conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and audience demographics
- Basic graphic design skills to create visually appealing Social Media content

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 21 per week
