Position Summary

Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Services, the Corporate Services Team is a full-time, permanent position responsible and accountable for all support of operations. The priority of this role is to focus on data entry. Reviewing policy documents and completing transacting and transacting corrections. This role is integral to the operational efficiency of Excel & Y. The Corporate Services Team role is located at our corporate offices in Calgary, Alberta. This position is for a one year term contract.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and practice corporate policies and procedures
• Uphold and exemplify corporate values
• Follow Best Practices to achieve operational excellence
• Uphold close working relationships between the sales and support teams
• Support the team in daily tasks and projects
• Complete general administrative duties, including back-up reception
• Ensure compliance to industry and market standards

• Premium Finance Program support
• Enter data into systems
• Transacting/ invoicing
• Ensure compliance to industry and market standards
• Other duties as assigned

Education Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma

Years of Experience

• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience for a professional company

Other Certification &/or Licenses

• Level 1 AIC License or willing to obtain

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with MS Office programs
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple priorities at once
• Able to effectively work independently as well as within a team
• Preferred experience in both personal and commercial line insurances.
• Knowledge of Power Broker BMS is an asset
• Legally authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis without restrictions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
