The Opportunity

Join our team as an Executive Assistant, where you'll provide unparalleled support to our CFO & VP, Corporate Services.
As the first point of contact, you'll ensure seamless operations and maintain the highest standards of professionalism. As an Executive Assistant, you will take initiative and work with a high level of accuracy and sound judgement.

The Role

    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and committees for the CFO and VP, Corporate Services.
    • Act as a liaison between departments within the Corporate Services division, providing support and contributing to various projects.
    • Prepare the CFO and VP, Corporate Services for meetings by ensuring they are briefed and well-prepared.
    • Assist with tracking financial reporting aspects and handle travel arrangements.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements as required.
    • Collate, review, and manage all expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
    • Prepare reports, compile data, and provide essential background materials for meetings and presentations.
    • Effectively communicate internally and externally on their behalf as required.
    • Work collaboratively with the Executive Office Team on a regular basis.

Qualifications & Experience

    • Post-secondary education, preferably with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in senior administrative roles.
    • Minimum of 3 years of senior administrative assistant experience, ideally in a public sector organization.

Salary range: 65,000 - $85,000
Paid Leave: 4 Weeks Vacation / 14 Flex Days per year
Hours Per Week: 37.5
