As an Executive Assistant, you will:
- Complete a broad range of administrative tasks including but not limited to calendar management, meeting preparation, travel/itinerary booking and coordination, preparation of confidential correspondence.
- Demonstrate leadership by maintaining credibility, trust, and support within the organization, as well as with external stakeholders.
- Prepare, review, and provide final quality assurance on all correspondence, and key documents to ensure consistent messaging and content.
- Share information and ideas clearly, listen for understanding to promote productive work relationships.

This role pays in the range between $47.35 and $50.59 per hour, working a 35 hour work week.
