Job Summary
· This position aims to provide outstanding customer service and credit support to businesses (B2B) in a call center environment.
· We offer you a permanent position, 37.5 hours per week Salary of $19 + bonuses up to $300 per month Group insurance, including medical, dental, and vision care Employer contribution to the group RRSP
Tasks and Responsibilities
· Provide exemplary service through outgoing and incoming calls
· Communicate with our client's consumers regarding general information, credit application approval verification
· Provide information on account activities, keep clients informed of their credit applications Research alternative solutions tailored to customer accounts
· Must be able to travel to pick up work equipment
Qualifications
· Available for work schedules Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
· One (1) year of customer service experience
· Organized and able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
· Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
· Knowledge of the banking industry (an asset) Familiarity with banking procedures and good judgment
