Job description
Who You Are:
You enjoy working with people in a fast pace environment. Customer service is your #1 priority and you strive to provide the best experience to all customers. You are a team player and fast learner, able to multitask and prioritize tasks. Some knowledge of firearms is a plus but not necessary. Training will be provided to selected candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Greet & sign in customers
- Make recommendations based on customers experience
- Provides efficient & accurate data entry in lightspeed
- Answer phones and process payment accurately
- Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company Policies & Procedures and established Best Practices
- Perform a variety of operational activities as assigned by your Shift Lead or Manager
- Work well under pressure, and with trust & respect.
Qualifications:
- Prior retail & Customer Service experience
- Minimum High School education or equivalent
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must be able to work weekdays & weekends.
- Must possessed valid firearm license (PAL/RPAL)
