Are you tired of "sealing" your fate with boring jobs? Ready to add some "color" to your career? Look no further! Energy Saver Caulking is on the hunt for a Crew Leader (or "Crew Chief", "Chief of Crew", etc.) who can "brighten" our team.

Responsibilities:

Do not worry, you will be provided training!

• Overseeing your crew of 1-4 crew members across 2 job sites
• Moving and maintaining equipment
• Handling client requests and concerns; providing clients with updates on the project each day
• Upholding cleanliness at 2 job sites
• Caulking! And we mean the window sealant kind... We do windows, doors, baseboards, etc.
• Paint with passion – the same surfaces we caulk, we also paint
• Washing windows so clean that we can eat off of them
• Gutter cleaning – okay, it's actually not as bad as it sounds
• Other tasks such as filling wood holes, mortar repair, residential pressure washing, etc.

Requirements:

• Have your own transportation to and from job sites, which may change daily (typically accessible by bus, and carpool may be available too)
• This is a physical job so you must be good on your feet and with your hands
• Comfortable with heights and ladders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Leadership skills or willingness to learn how to be a leader
