GLRL Storage & Phase 1 Storage (March to May)
a. Annual storage renewals, invoice and distribute invoices to renters.
b. Fill any storage sites that come available.
c. storage updates d. track ongoing storage waiting list.
Golf cart rentals for personal use within the Resort (May through to October)
a. Rent golf carts.
b. Have client sign agreement.
c. Check for damages.
d. Process payments.
e. Track all transactions.
Administration photo coping & projects a) Ongoing throughout the summer - Any projects that arise that require assistance.
Fobs (Ongoing throughout the year)
a. fob purchases/updates/payments/activations/deactivations etc…
i. Lot Sales ii. Resales iii. Contractor fobs iv. Changes in status v. Transfers vi. Lot Rental fobs vii. Marina access viii. Marina rental fobs
b. Troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
_ Lot Rentals (_March/April)
a. Email out the seasonal Rental information package.
b. Communicate with lot rental managers on rental lots.
c. Program access fobs as rental fobs and track.
***Ongoing throughout the summer Ensure the seasonal renters register at the Service Desk & receive an updated rental package
Marina Rentals (May/June)
a. Fill in the appropriate waiver form – Lot owner/ slip renter or Lot renter/slip renter i. Obtain all signatures required ii. Record which access fobs will be used for marina access.
b. Activate the fobs with the marina iii. Collect fob activation fee iv. Track all transactions.
***Ongoing throughout the summer season short term marina rentals – track and activate at the beginning of rental period and deactivate at the end of rental period (very few of these) and Collect fob activation fee
New Lot Owner
Obtain Phase/Lot, Possession date, Names, Contact numbers & email addresses.
Communication throughout the Resort
a. Blanket Notifications on demand – when requested by management – distribute notices through Condo Control App
Lot Owner Golf Cart License Plate tracking ongoing throughout the season.

Rental golf cart license plate tracking – (Lot Renters that bring their own golf carts) – approx. 50/year.
a. Ongoing throughout the season.
b. Update the Rental license plate data base.
c. End of season confirm all Rental license plates are returned – if not follow up.
Condo Control App
a. Update all information for lot owners on App.
b. Update and maintain lot owners.
c. Track Service Requests.
d. Track Amenity Bookings.
e. Track Payments.

Contract length: 6 months
Salary: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
