As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best service and support. You will interact with customers both in person and over the phone, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance in a friendly and professional manner. This position also involves handling financial transactions, so comfort with money and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone.
- Provide information about our products/services and answer customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Process financial transactions accurately and maintain cash registers.
- Learn and effectively use our proprietary management and pricing software.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Upsell products/services to maximize customer satisfaction and company revenue.
Qualifications:
- Previous Customer Service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle various customer interactions simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to our proprietary software.
- Comfortable handling money and maintaining financial records.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge in Graphic Design considered an asset.
