Our Customer Service Representative is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. Job Duties
· Answer and direct phone calls
· Work with Dispatcher to organize and schedule service appointments
· Create and send invoices to clients once services have been completed
· Receive and process payments
· Act as client liaison for all installation projects and ensure they understand the process and all questions are address for a smooth service experience
· Enter in all client warranty registration information for newly installed equipment
· Enter in all rebate and SPIFF information on newly installed equipment
· Oversee all post service follow-ups with clients to receive valuable feedback to make recommendations of improvement of Customer Service procedures
· Maintain contact lists to ensure all client contact details are accurate and up to date
· Keep current with ongoing changes and new technology and adapt accordingly.
· Perform all other duties as assigned or needed
Requirements
· High school diploma/GED
· Proven experience in a Customer Service role both in person as well as through other communication mediums (phone, email, text)
· Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, fax machines, etc.
· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
· Possess a valid driver's license.
· Able to work well under pressure
· Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally
