We are seeking a talented "Customer Sales Representative" with strong communication skills, exceptional commitment to work and who enjoys serving clients while working in a busy and team-oriented environment.
Normal Office hours of 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist clients with various printing Jobs. Laminating, binding and a numerous other Finishing services.
Answer phones and respond to Customer requests
· Receive and sort mail and packages for mailbox holders
· Process package drop-offs and pick-ups
·Assist customers with processing shipping forms
· Identify, Research, and Resolve customer issues through efficient communication and excellent client service
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
· Strong written and oral communication skills, with pleasant and professional phone etiquette
· Excellent Customer Service skills
· Excellent organizational skills
· Working knowledge of MS applications
· Team player
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Record and modify customer information within the database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's Customer Service policies
