Customer Service Representative – Full Time

The Customer Service Representative (CSR)/ On Site Estimator is responsible for growing sales by partnering with other franchise staff to provide outstanding Customer Service to all TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® - Saskatoon customers through in-depth knowledge of products and services. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Recommend and sell solutions according to customer's needs for moving services, boxes, supplies and equipment by asking open ended and probing questions
• Provide moving/packing quotes via our “Movers Who Care” system over the phone.
• Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves and In Home Estimates.
• Data entry and clerical work
• Proactively resolve customer concerns, complaints or Customer Service issues
• Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing; comfortably interact with customer
• May participate in other sales, marketing and networking activities in addition to charitable move coordination
• Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:
• The required shift is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Commitment to Customer Service excellence and exceeding the customer's expectations
• Relentlessly positive attitude
• Professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized
• Strong logic and mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division using whole numbers and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of dollars, weight measurement, volume, distance and time)
• Sales and call centre experience preferred
• Confidence to initiate customer contact and comfortable asking for the sale.
• Basic Computer Literacy
• High school diploma or equivalent, Post-Secondary an asset.
• Legally allowed to work in Canada

Salary: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Class 5 Drivers License (preferred)
