Customer Service Representative – Full Time

The Customer Service Representative (CSR)/ On Site Estimator is responsible for growing sales by partnering with other franchise staff to provide outstanding Customer Service to all TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® - Saskatoon customers through in-depth knowledge of products and services. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Recommend and sell solutions according to customer's needs for moving services, boxes, supplies and equipment by asking open ended and probing questions
- Provide moving/packing quotes via our “Movers Who Care” system over the phone.
- Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves and In Home Estimates.
- Data entry and clerical work
- Proactively resolve customer concerns, complaints or Customer Service issues
- Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing; comfortably interact with customer
- May participate in other sales, marketing and networking activities in addition to charitable move coordination
- Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:
- The required shift is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Commitment to Customer Service excellence and exceeding the customer's expectations

- Professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Strong logic and mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division using whole numbers and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of dollars, weight measurement, volume, distance and time)
- Sales and call centre experience preferred
- Confidence to initiate customer contact and comfortable asking for the sale.
- Basic Computer Literacy
- High school diploma or equivalent, Post-Secondary an asset.

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Class 5 Drivers License (preferred)
