Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Upsell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Prior experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers.
