SalaryResponsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Upsell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Prior experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding service while assisting customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests. Salary: $43,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
