Csr - Customer Service Representative

Main Purpose of the Job:

Customer Service Attendants are responsible for performing the daily operational practices of running the Car wash, Gas pumps, Store & Self-Serve Wash facility. Attendants are to ensure a high quality of Customer Satisfaction in all company area’s

Reports to:

Shift Supervisor or On-Duty Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Always be ready to assist customers in a Friendly & Courteous manner

· Be polite and available to address all customer concerns and handle them in a professional manner that is satisfactory to both the customer and to the company. Escalate concerns to Shift Supervisor or management if required.

· All other duties as required.

Carwash

· Guide cars into the wash area with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanour

· Ask every customer to keep their vehicle in Neutral, Hands off the wheel, & feet off the brakes.

· Perform visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to sending it through the wash bay

· Be proficient with all policies and procedures and able to perform them on a daily basis as needed

· Perform visual inspections in the tunnel and back room to ensure all equipment and chemicals are functioning properly

· Keep the car wash spotlessly clean and ensure everything is kept in the proper place and organized

· Keep wash nozzles unclogged, hoses hung properly, trash cans emptied, and brushes spotlessly clean.

· Keep trench in car wash clean, sprayed and dug nightly

Full-Serve

· Upsell items. (Would you like it filled with supreme and a Super wash?)

· Repeat customers gas request to them ($15 can sound like $50) Always double check.

· Ensure gas nozzle is properly in each and every vehicle

· When not busy hold a friendly conversation with customers

· Squeegee front and back windows and any dirty lights. (If not purchasing wash)

· Ask customer if they need their oil or washer fluid topped-up

· Perform visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to selling a carwash

· Be proficient with all policies and procedures and able to perform them on a daily basis as needed

· Perform visual inspections at gas pumps to ensure all equipment is functioning properly

· Keep the entire property spotlessly clean and ensure everything is kept in the proper place and organized

· Keep vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, trash cans emptied, and vending area spotlessly cleaned

· Keep Self-Serve bays sprayed out and clean. Walls and floor clear of Ice and Debris

Self-Serve

· Ensure each customer pays for their transactions

· Upsell items. (Would you like a Super wash today?)

· Ensure everyone at gas pumps is following the proper procedures

· Scan any extra items purchased by the customer

· Issue receipts, refunds

· Perform visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to selling a carwash

· Be proficient with all policies and procedures and able to perform them on a daily basis as needed

· Perform visual inspections at gas pumps to ensure all equipment is functioning properly

· Keep the store and store front spotlessly clean and ensure everything is kept in the proper place and organized

· Keep mats clean, hoses hung properly, trash cans emptied, and the store / store front area is spotlessly cleaned

Qualifications:

Legal working age

Working Conditions:

Indoor / Outdoor – May be exposed to rain, snow & extreme heat or cold.

Chemicals / Hazardous Material – Chemicals need to be filled as needed. PPE is provided as needed.

Hours – Morning, Afternoon & Weekends / Holidays

Physical Requirements

· Strength Guidelines

Maximum asked weight to be lifted will be 50 lbs.

Anything weighing more will need assistance or specialty tools

· Motion Parameters

During shifts associates will be expected to stand for their full shift.

Walking and kneeling will be expected
