We're looking for the Voice of Our Company.
This Customer Service Representative position requires a genuine and friendly phone voice and personality. Someone who's easy to talk to and likes helping people.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle incoming requests and calls from customers while ensuring that issues are resolved accurately and promptly.
- Make outbound calls to existing customers regarding maintenance contracts and membership renewals
- Greet walk in customers
- Dispatch/support technicians by relaying accurate information
- Responding to sales leads and generating new business
- Educate customers on products and services for optimal understanding
- Processing and balancing credit card payments daily.
- Review Invoicing
- Other administrative tasks as required

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of Customer Service experience. HVAC knowledge, and scheduling experience are assets
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months
Salary: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
