TYCROP Trailers is looking for an Customer Care Representative to join our growing team in Chilliwack, BC.
The Customer Care Representative is responsible for bridging the gap between TYCROP and the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the correct TYCROP support; following up to ensure resolution.
- Interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products or services and to handle and resolve complaints
- Builds relationships with customers to effectively serve them with their support needs
- Processes part sales
- Communicates in a timely manner on schedules and shipments including forwarding tracking numbers and then following-up
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
- Able to work well under pressure
- Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel and e-mail
