Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, training new customers, addressing inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
The position will also involve assisting with quality assurance, documentation, and product design.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
- Understand and troubleshoot customer issues related to our software products
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex technical issues
- Document and track customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system
- Identify opportunities for product improvement based on customer feedback
- Assist in creating and updating support documentation and knowledge base articles
- Assist with quality assurance of new releases
- Assist with analysis and design of new product features
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook is required
- Experience configuring Windows, installing and uninstalling software
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server is preferred
