Job description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, training new customers, addressing inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

The position will also involve assisting with quality assurance, documentation, and product design.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Understand and troubleshoot customer issues related to our software products
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and track customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system
  • Identify opportunities for product improvement based on customer feedback
  • Assist in creating and updating support documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Assist with quality assurance of new releases
  • Assist with analysis and design of new product features

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook is required
  • Experience configuring Windows, installing and uninstalling software
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server is preferred
