Customer Care Representative

Epic Homes is growing, and we are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team to help us sell a new 700 home master-planned community in Maple Ridge.

In this role you will be able to interact with our customers and subtrades daily based out of our office in Maple Ridge. Your success will have a direct impact not only for the customers you serve, but also

the success of the community you work in, resulting in rewarding outcomes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting a turnover on each unit from our construction teams to Sales & Marketing
• Walking the homeowner through a Pre-Occ Orientation Process
• Coordinating Customer Care during our 2, 5, 10 Warranty Period
• Organizing Trades and Customer Care Technicians to rectify any issues
• Providing status reports on Customer Care and homeowner orientations weekly to ensure product exceeds our quality standard
• Participate on ongoing training offered to our entire team
