- Education: there is no education requirement for this role, the requirement however is Energy!!!!
- Experience in the hospitality industry is an asset (hostess, bartender, barista, etc...)
Responsibilities:
- 7-star customer service
- Communicate brand story/philosophy to customers
- Thoroughly educate patients on full step-by-step process, ARCHITOX method, HydratedNOTinflated Lip method
- Actively engage with customers and be personable to calm their fears and build a trusting relationship
- Delivering the full brand experience of POUTx
- Guiding clients through the step-by-step process and prebooking to ensure optimal results overtime
- Answering ALL client questions
- Providing an exceptional Customer Experience that is above and beyond, garnering online reviews to continue to help our team thrive
- Answering and making calls, booking appointments, taking payment
- Preparing clinic for upcoming shift
Training on our signature methods and brand experience will be provided.

Salary: $18 per hour to start
Schedule: Friday 12pm-7:30pm and Saturday 9am-3:30pm
